HICH / HOW WE WORK

YOUR VISION.A SHARED JOURNEY.

A clear process, open conversations and room for good ideas. Here’s how we move from first hello to launch and beyond.

BIG VISION.
CLEAR NEXT STEPS.

Good work is a conversation. You’ll know what’s happening, why it matters, and what comes next.

First, the right questions.

We get to know your business, your audience and what success should look like. Together, we turn ambition into a clear project brief.

Let’s make a start

LET’S CLEAR
THINGS UP.

01

What is HICH?

HICH, also known as Hich Web Development, is a registered digital design and web development company based in Sri Lanka. We work on websites, online stores, web applications, business systems and the strategy and design around them.

02

Do you work with businesses outside Sri Lanka?

Yes. We work with local and international businesses through a remote collaboration process, with scope, feedback and delivery responsibilities agreed at the start.

03

Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. We review the current experience, content and technical setup, then plan improvements to design, usability, speed and search foundations. Valuable existing URLs and content are considered in the migration.

04

Will our website have a dedicated mobile experience?

Yes. Mobile navigation, content order, layouts and interactions are designed for touch and smaller screens. The result keeps the same brand while making the experience useful in its own right.

05

How much does a project cost?

The price depends on scope, content, integrations, platform and ongoing needs. Share your goals, timing and a budget range so we can define a useful first release and prepare a scoped proposal.

06

Can you help with SEO and AI search visibility?

We plan crawlable content, clear company and service information, metadata, structured data and useful answers. These support discoverability, but search engines and AI platforms decide what to index, rank and cite.

07

What happens after launch?

We agree handover and ongoing support as part of the project. That can include documentation, updates, fixes, content changes and a plan for continued improvement.

PROGRESS YOU CAN POINT TO

EVERY PHASE LEAVESSOMETHING USEFUL.

The process is more than a sequence of meetings. Each stage creates something specific to review, a decision to make and a clearer starting point for the next stage.

THE TANGIBLE MILESTONE

A brief we can build from

We bring the business goal, audience and practical constraints into one place.

What takes shape

  • The priority customer and internal user journeys
  • A content and system inventory
  • First-release priorities and open assumptions

What we need from you

Your current website, real examples of the work, key stakeholders and the reason the project matters now.

The decision together

Agree what belongs in the first release and how you will judge it.

MAKE THE WORK MOVE

A FEW GOOD HABITS.
A LOT LESS FRICTION.

01

Choose a decision owner.

A clear point of contact helps consolidate feedback and keeps different priorities visible. Bring the right people into the review where their input matters.

02

Use real content early.

A long product name, a translated paragraph or a complicated service description can change a layout. Representative content helps us make better decisions before the final polish.

03

Discuss change openly.

Good ideas can arrive mid-project. We consider the impact on scope, dependencies and timing, then agree whether the idea belongs now or in a later release.
