UI/UX designFEELS SECOND NATURE.

Great interfaces make the next step feel natural. We translate business needs into clear journeys, expressive visual systems and prototypes that expose the difficult questions before development begins.

FIND THE FLOW.
FEEL THE DIFFERENCE.

Design makes complexity easier to navigate. We work through real journeys, test the uncertain moments and turn the resulting decisions into an interface your team can build.

DON’T JUST PICTURE IT. PLAY WITH IT.

Three steps. One clear outcome.

Try a small booking prototype. Choose a session, select a time and review the result. This is a design example; it does not make a real booking.

SMALL DECISIONS. CLEAR PROGRESS.

Less thinking.
More doing.

One decision at a time. The right information at the right moment. A useful confirmation when you are done.

THE DETAILS.
THAT DO THE WORK.

01

Understand the friction

A useful design brief starts with the task, audience and context. Existing feedback, stakeholder interviews and a journey review help us distinguish a visual issue from a problem in the flow, language or information structure.

02

Make the unknown visible

Wireframes and clickable prototypes let the team try an idea before engineering it. We explore the important forks in the journey, content hierarchy and recovery paths, then use feedback to shape the next iteration.

03

Design beyond a single screen

A reusable system includes typography, spacing, components and interaction states. Responsive behaviour, keyboard focus, validation and empty states become part of the handover, giving developers decisions they can implement consistently.

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Details, considered.

A closer look at the decisions, dependencies and practicalities behind ui/ux design.

What can we validate in a prototype?

A prototype can reveal whether people understand labels, find the next step and complete a proposed journey. It does not prove backend reliability or production performance; those require a working implementation.

Can the existing interface be improved?

Yes. An audit can identify high-friction flows and inconsistent patterns, then prioritise focused changes. We agree whether the engagement covers visual refinement, a specific journey or a broader product redesign.

What does the development team receive?

Agreed deliverables can include design files, component variants, responsive layouts, behaviour notes and an asset library. Design review during implementation helps resolve the details that only become visible in a browser.

BIG VISION.
CLEAR NEXT STEPS.

Good work is a conversation. You’ll know what’s happening, why it matters, and what comes next.

First, the right questions.

We get to know your business, your audience and what success should look like. Together, we turn ambition into a clear project brief.

LET’S CLEAR
THINGS UP.

01

Can HICH design a product our own developers will build?

Yes. A design engagement can include flows, responsive layouts, component states and implementation notes. We agree the handover format and review process with your development team.

02

Do you design mobile separately?

We design around mobile tasks, touch targets, content priority and navigation. That can mean a different arrangement and interaction pattern while keeping the same brand and essential content.

03

What will our developers receive at handover?

The agreed handover can include responsive layouts, reusable components, spacing and typography guidance, interaction notes and a list of open decisions. Empty, loading, error and permission states are considered alongside the main screens so the implementation has more than a polished happy path.

04

How do you check whether the design makes sense to users?

We define a few important tasks and review whether a representative user can find and complete them. Depending on scope, this can include guided prototype sessions, an expert review or a structured internal walkthrough. Findings are prioritised by the friction they create, then folded into the next design iteration.
